DJ Phidel Kastro, also known as The Cuban Turntable Assassin, a 36 yr old DJ/Producer from Lakewood, New Jersey. Throughout his life, Kastro received the influence of numerous artists and different music genres, which led him  to start his career as a DJ, Starting out doing local house parties. In the late 200's DJ Kastro became a resident DJ at a Bar "Cheeques" Featured in the movie "The Wrestler" Shaking the building every nite, But he had a desire to learn how music was made & in the early 10's.

Kastro began producing blends and was introduced to Fl Studio where he started divulging into the Jersey Club scene. After a year of trying to master his craft of producing Jersey Club Music, Kastro had gotten better with each track produced, collaborating with various artists combining forms of different  styles of
Hip Hop, Dance and House. DJ Phidel Kastro background of  music involves Hip Hop, R&B, Club, House ,Dance, Reggae, and  Reggaeton. Still engaged in such production work Kastro continues to blend beats to achieve unique musical sounds.

As DJ Kastro continued with his DJ career he knew he wanted to keep evolving & grow as a DJ and started doing private events such as Weddings, Proms, Baby Showers Etc. 

Perfecting his style as he knocked it out the park each & every time at an engagement building confidence and his musical vocabulary, Being well versed in each era & genre is an added bonus.
